6/1 at 7:24 p.m. Patrick Walsh, 35, of Foreside Road, was arrested by Reserve Officer Al Huntington on Foreside Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

6/2 at 4:40 p.m. Tracey Deletetsky, 52, of Prospect Street, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Prospect Street on a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening.

6/2 at 4:40 p.m. Matthew Chickering, 42, of Cumberland Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Prospect Street on an outstanding warrant.

6/4 at 1:42 a.m. Ismael Ojeda, 39, of Hampton, Iowa, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on Main Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency. Ojeda was also issued a summons on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.


6/1 at 4:08 p.m. Benjamin Johnson, 47, of Church Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

6/1 at 6:37 p.m. Alyssa Shope, 24, of Pine Ridge Road, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Middlesex Road on charges of violating conditions of release, possession of marijuana and operating with an expired license more than 90 days.

6/3 at 10:56 p.m. Yanni Rakis, 20, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Cowles on Lewiston Road on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

1 cot and a ‘thou shalt not’

6/2 at 9:37 a.m. Officer Malcolm Marshall responded to the report of two people having been found asleep in the United Baptist Church on Main Street two days prior. The church had possibly been left unlocked, and the two people did not steal or disturb anything inside the building, according to police. The pastor found them on a couch in the church’s community room, asked them to leave, and let police know of the incident.
