Arrests

5/31 at 5:18 p.m. Bryan Root Sr., 53, of East School House Crossing Road, was arrested by Officer Malcolm Marshall on East School House Crossing Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/2 at 10:41 p.m. Michael Wozniak II, 40, of Davis Road, Fairfield, was arrested by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Main Street on a charge of operating after habitual offender license revocation.

6/4 at 1:16 a.m. Nathaniel Manson, 32, of Meadow Cross Road, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on Meadow Cross Road on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

6/4 at 12:11 p.m. Stephen Smith, 46, of Bickford Drive, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

6/1 at 2:41 p.m. Nicholas Estabrook, 33, of Millay Road, Bowdoinham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Augusta Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

It’s no game

6/1 at 1:57 p.m. Officer Lucas Shirland responded to the reported theft of a game console, valued at about $300, at the GameStop store on Topsham Fair Mall Road. Video surveillance will be reviewed to find the alleged thief.
