Arrests

6/29 at 6:43 p.m. Alex Stewart, 18, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on Bridge Street on charges of criminal threatening and obstructing the report of a crime.

6/30 at 6:48 a.m. Jeremy Wallace, 40, of Meadow Road Extension, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on Meadow Road Extension on a warrant and on a charge of domestic violence assault.

6/30 at 4:52 p.m. Jeffery Small, 44, of Topsham, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Robert Ramsay on Winter Street.

7/2 at 12:48 a.m. Sean Marley, 29, of Topsham, was arrested by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

6/28 at 3:53 p.m. Norma Greenleaf, 43, of Jordan Avenue, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay in Brunswick on a charge of phone harassment.

6/28 at 9:59 p.m. Suzanne Stein, 43, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on Elm Street on a charge of displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.

6/29 at 7:20 p.m. John Morong, 18, of Winter Street, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on Bridge Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

7/1 at 10:35 a.m. Janice Coburn, 46, of Wales, was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on Hamilton Court on a charge of assault.

7/3 at 11:42 p.m. A 17-year-old boy, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on Main Street on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

River search

7/5 at 8:38 p.m. Police received a report about a woman jumping into the Androscoggin River by the town recreation fields on Foreside Road. A kayaker witnessed the fully-clothed woman jump in and go under the water twice. He was reportedly concerned that she was trying to hurt herself, but the woman reportedly climbed back up an embankment when he called to her. A search was conducted for her around the river, but she was ultimately located on Stanwood Street in Brunswick. Police determined she was not trying to hurt herself.
