Arrests

6/26 at 6:08 p.m. Charles Messer, 39, of Barrows Drive, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Barrows Drive on a charge of criminal threatening.

6/27 at 10:08 a.m. Janet McLaughlin, 42, of Warren, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Al Huntington on Topsham Fair Mall Road.

Summonses

No criminal summonses were reported between June 26 to July 2.

Rear window woes

6/27 at 8:10 a.m. Officer William Collins responded to the report of a vehicle’s rear window being smashed out while parked in an Augusta Road driveway. The damage was likely done the night before with a bottle found nearby.
