6/23 at 9:56 p.m. James Engelbert, 32, no address listed, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

6/26 at 8:34 a.m. Joseph Smith, 38, of Mark Drive, Lisbon Falls, was arrested by Officer Donald Cowles on Main Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

Summonses

6/24 at 5:21 p.m. Shanna Lamoreau, 34, of Post Road, Bowdoinham, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Middlesex Road on a charge of violation of a protection order.

6/26 at 12:11 a.m. Alexander Small, 21, of High Street, Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on Main Street on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

No permit, no pop

6/26 at 6:33 p.m. Sgt. Robert Ramsay responded to a complaint on River Road of fireworks being set off. Those responsible were found and told Topsham has a fireworks ordinance, and a permit is needed in order to explode them.
