7/16 at 12:50 a.m. Wesley Vail, 31, of Harpswell Island Road, Orr’s Island, was arrested by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating under the influence.

7/16 at 1:38 p.m. Robert Harris, 24, of Beech Street, Lisbon, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of possession of a Schedule W drug and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

7/19 at 7:11 p.m. Larry Campbell, 33, of West Merrill Road, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on a charge of operating after suspension.

7/22 at 11:47 a.m. Kelsey Vachon, 23, of Craigbrook Trail, Wayne, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension.

7/23 at 2:08 p.m. Justin Flaig, 32, of River Road, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of two counts of assault.

7/23 at 10:11 p.m. Andrea Marchetti, 22, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of violation of bail conditions.

7/23 at 11:48 p.m. John Hibbard, 41, of Sabattus, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Peter Kaminski.

7/17 at 4:54 p.m. A 15-year-old boy was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of assault.

7/19 Christine Labbe, 24, of A Street, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of assault.

7/21 at 3:03 p.m. A 17-year-old boy was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of possession of marijuana.

7/21 Cassandra Bellefleur, 27, of Harmony Hill Road, was issued a summons by Detective Mark LaFountain on a charge of cultivating marijuana.

7/27 at 3:53 a.m. Jacob Davis, 18, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Peter Kaminski on charges of illegal possession of liquor by a minor, possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Craigslist caper

7/23 at 6:54 p.m. A man reported that his motorcycle was stolen by a person who had taken the bike for a test drive. The complainant contacted Topsham police and said the bike was for sale on Craigslist and that he met up with a prospective buyer near the 99 Restaurant on Topsham Fair Mall Road. The person reportedly took the bike for a test drive and never returned. Officer Randy Cook responded, and as of Tuesday the bike was still missing.
