7/9 at 2:06 p.m. James Bauman, 73, of Acton, was issued a summons on Lewiston Road by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

7/11 at 9:40 p.m. Shawn Billingon Jr., 29, no town listed, was issued a summons on Hamilton Court by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

7/12 at 6:35 p.m. Carollyn Rossel, 65, of Winthrop, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

7/15 at 2 a.m. Nicholas Zegouros, 29, of Upland Street, Lisbon, was issued a summons on Lewiston Road by Sergeant Frederick Dunn on a charge of operating after suspension.

Bilked bike

7/10 at 7:22 a.m. Officer Robert Ramsay responded to the theft of an 18-speed, red and silver bicycle that had been stolen from a portable storage tent on Wood Avenue sometime during the previous night. The bicycle is worth about $25.
