Arrests

1/8 at 9:35 a.m. Joseph Rusaw, 39, no address listed, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Lewiston Road on charges of operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs. He was also issued a summons on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

1/6 at 12:48 p.m. Adam Pillsbury, 34, of Vermont, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on Main Street on a charge of operating without a license.

1/6 at 6:19 p.m. Courtney Clark, 18, of Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Cowles on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

1/6 at 6:19 p.m. Shawn Grover, 18, of Brault Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Cowles on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

1/8 at 8:49 p.m. Rodney Plourde, 48, of Lisbon Road, Sabattus, was issued a summons by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with an expired license more than 90 days.

Donut do-nots

1/6 at 8:15 p.m. Officer Malcolm Marshall responded to the report of a gray Dodge pickup truck doing “doughnuts” on the Topsham Fairgrounds football field. The vehicle was gone by the time Marshall arrived, and the monetary amount of damage is unknown.
