Arrests

1/28 at 3:38 p.m. A 17-year-old female, of Bowdoin, was arrested on Salem Street by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on a charge of possession of alcohol by a juvenile. A 16-year-old male also was issued a summons on a charge of possession of alcohol by a juvenile.

Summonses

1/28 at 2:30 p.m. Amber Simmons, 30, of Swett Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of theft.

2/1 at 12:18 p.m. Kristen Mellott, 32, of Atwood Lane, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

Fuel me once, shame on you …

1/30 at 7:17 a.m. Officer Bruce Swanson responded to the reported theft of 60 gallons of diesel fuel, valued at $4.30 per gallon, from a fuel tank and other equipment on River Road. The fuel had been siphoned off, and there were no known suspects earlier this week.
