1/29 at 9:06 a.m. Courtney O’Toole, 30, no address listed, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Winners Circle on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.


1/29 at 9:07 a.m. John Dickinson, 21, no address listed, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on Winners Circle on a charge of operating without a license.

Screened out

1/28 at 6:54 p.m. Officer Randy Cook responded to the report of an attempted burglary at a Parliament Circle home. Someone allegedly tried to enter through a front window, cutting the screen and causing damage to the window frame. No one got inside, police said. The homeowner discovered the damage upon arriving home.
