1/24 at 2:24 p.m. Rodney Owen, 55, was arrested by Officer Al Giusto on a charge of operating after suspension.

1/30 at 12:55 a.m. Malcolm Golding, 24, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating under the influence.


1/25 at 8 a.m. Martha Bear, 46, of Patten Road, Greene, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of passing a stopped school bus with lights engaged.

1/27 at 10:52 a.m. Deanna Baker, 19, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on a charge of illegal attachment of registration plates.

1/28 at 5:04 p.m. Brandon Knox, 22, no town listed, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

Vehicle rollover

1/30 at 2:22 a.m. Police responded to a vehicle rollover on Foreside Road near Philippon Drive. The driver, Alba Imrie, 24, of Topsham, sustained a head laceration, fractured finger and various bruises and abrasions. Police said icy road conditions caused her to roll over her Nissan Pathfinder, which struck a tree. After being extricated from her car, Imrie was transported to Central Maine Medical Center.
