2/14 at 6:15 p.m. Melissa Libby, 63, of Langdon Road, Richmond, was arrested on Augusta Road by Officer Mark McDonald on a charge of operating under the influence.
2/14 at 6:53 p.m. Zachary Doughty, 26, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon, was arrested on River Road by Officer Mark McDonald on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

2/12 at 8:27 a.m. Paul Saindon, 37, of Middlesex Road, was issued a summons on Middlesex Road by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
2/14 at 3:53 p.m. David Mathieu, 47, of Rachel Boulevard, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Mark McDonald on a charge of operating with an expired license for more than 90 days.
