2/11 at 11:14 a.m. Morgan Mowatt, 18, of Congress Circle, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Congress Circle on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs.
2/13 at 5:53 p.m. Zachery Thomas, 25, of Wing Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Winners Circle on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
2/11 at 11:14 a.m. Michael MacDonald, 19, of Winter Street, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Congress Circle on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
2/12 at 2:13 p.m. Katie Carver, 35, of Maquoit Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
2/15 at 9:45 p.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Beechwood Drive on a charge of assault.
2/9 at 10:47 a.m. Detective Mark LaFountain responded to the complaint of a counterfeit $100 bill passed at the Hannaford supermarket on Topsham Fair Mall Road. It is unknown when the bill was used. Police are contacting the Secret Service about the matter.
