2/12 at 6:57 p.m. Holly Joslin, 44, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on charges of harassment by telephone, violation of condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest.

2/12 at 10:33 p.m. Rachel Prescott, 31, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

2/10 at 4:33 p.m. James McDonnell, 58, of Litchfield, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.

2/13 at 7:42 p.m. Kathy Murphy, 28, of Bowdoinham, was issued a summons by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/13 at 8:31 p.m. Tanya Corliss, 42, of Lisbon, was issued a summons by Sgt. Fred Dunn on a charge of operating after suspension.

2/15 at 6:36 a.m. Officer Bruce Swanson responded to the report of vandalism at the National Guard recruiting center on Topsham Fair Mall Road. Two peace signs, and the message “(expletive) you war man,” were written with lipstick on front windows between 5:30 p.m. the day before and 6:30 a.m. that day.
