No arrests were reported from Feb. 8-13.


2/9 at 6:47 p.m. Three boys – a 16-year-old and 14-year-old, both from Topsham, and a 15-year-old, from Richmond – were issued summonses by Officer Robert Ramsay on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft.

2/11 at 8:30 a.m. Linda Dupuis, 48, of Merrymeeting Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on Eagles Way on a charge of simple assault.

Brash trash stash

2/11 at 1:38 p.m. Police responded to the report of eight large garbage bags left next to a dumpster outside of a Front Street apartment building. The dumpster is locked and meant only for apartment tenants, police say.

Fire calls

2/9 at 3:16 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on O’Farrell Street.

2/9 at 7:11 p.m. Odor of something burning on Barrows Drive.
