1/24 at 9:49 a.m. David Austin, 45, of Turner Street, Auburn, was arrested on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of theft.

1/27 at 12:17 a.m. Christopher Brazee, 40, of Pittsfield, Mass., was arrested on Main Street by Officer Mark McDonald on a warrant.

1/24 at 12:59 p.m. Lori Bourgoin, 44, of Tufton Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer William Collins on a charge of theft.

1/25 at 12:04 p.m. Anna Reed, 26, of Cambridge, N.Y., was issued a summons on Lewiston Road by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating after suspension.

1/26 at 12:51 p.m. Penny Plourde, 58, of Belfast Avenue, Vasselboro, was issued a summons on Main Street by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

1/27 at 2:58 p.m. Kelly Dehahn, 25, of Langdon Road, Richmond, was issued a summons on Main Street by Detective Mark LaFountain on a charge of operating after suspension.
