1/27 at 5:30 p.m. Harold Sonia, 37, no town given, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Tedford Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

1/24 at 10:10 p.m. Cathy Burns, 42, of Village Street, Lisbon, was issued a summons by Sgt. Fred Dunn on Main Street on a charge of operating after suspension.

1/28 at 8:59 p.m. Adam Crawford, 23, of Raymond Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of assault.

Rite Aid, wrong pedal

1/23 at 2:37 p.m. Officer Troy Garrison responded to a report of a vehicle smashing into a wall of Rite Aid on Mallett Drive. Helen Crowder, 87, of Topsham reportedly hit the gas pedal instead of the brake while in the parking lot, sending her 2010 Toyota Corolla over a curb and into the building wall. Neither she nor anyone else was injured, but police report that the building sustained significant damage.
