11/27 at 10:53 p.m. Michael Salta, 30, of Parliament Circle, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Parliament Circle on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

11/25 at 10:43 a.m. Aaron Brown, 30, of Riverside Drive, Vassalboro, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on U.S. Route 1 in Brunswick on a charge of operating a motor vehicle unregistered for more than 150 days.

11/27 at 3:05 p.m. David Green, 47, no address listed, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating a motor vehicle unregistered for more than 150 days.

11/30 at 9:13 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Oak Street on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clash with concrete

11/30 at 9:59 p.m. Sgt. Robert Ramsay responded to a report that a 17-year-old male, of Bowdoin, lost control of a motor vehicle at the Topsham Fairgrounds and crashed into a concrete building near the race track. The front end of the vehicle sustained damage, as did part of the building, and the youth was treated for minor injuries.
