12/22 at 9:08 p.m. Angelo Ciciotte, 40, of Main Street, was arrested by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on charges of domestic violence assault and violation of conditions.

12/23 at 9:16 a.m. Ryanne Trefethen, 23, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a warrant.

12/24 at 7:08 p.m. Stephen White, 54, of Dunlap Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/24 at 10:34 p.m. Dennis Despins, 80, of Rosedale Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/25 at 1 a.m. Dillon Fish, 21, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Peter Kaminski on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/25 at 3:34 a.m. Jennifer Dionne, 25, was issued a summons by Officer Mark Teceno on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. At 4:38 p.m. she was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

12/27 at 3:11 p.m. William Brock, 38, of Alpine Road, Portland, was arrested by Officer William Collins on a warrant and on charges of violation of conditional release and operating after suspension.

12/28 David Oldham, 18, was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.

Summonses

12/23 at 7:36 p.m. Laura Murphy, 29, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Al Giusto on a charge of theft.

12/24 Billy Moore, 33, of Sewall Street, Livermore Falls, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on charges of violation of a protection from abuse order and violation of conditional release.

Burglary rash

12/23 Soon after 7 a.m. police received the first of several calls reporting car burglaries. Nearly 50 burglaries were reported by Christmas morning, many occurring in the Heights and Woodside neighborhoods. Jennifer Dionne, 25, of Topsham, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:34 a.m. Christmas day. That same day, at 4:38 p.m., she was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in relation to the burglaries. Her boyfriend, David Oldham, 18, of Topsham, was also arrested, on Dec. 28, on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property in connection to the same case. More than 110 items were recovered during a search of Oldham’s apartment, where Dionne had been staying off and on for a month, according to police. Police anticipate more charges to follow for Dionne and Oldham.
