Arrests

12/19 at 12:40 p.m. Arthur O’Connor, 43, no town given, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on charges of operating after suspension and intentionally failing to give his correct name, address or date of birth.

12/19 at 9:14 p.m. Joshua Hart, 20, of Middlesex Road, was arrested on a warrant by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on Middlesex Road.

12/20 at 3:52 p.m. Jonathan Miles, 26, no town given, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Robert Ramsay on Horton Place.

Summonses

12/20 at 7:08 a.m. James Ouellette, 25, of Middlesex Road, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on Middlesex Road for possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12/20 at 9:48 a.m. Stephen Bean, 64, no town given, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of failing to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days.

Shoplifting spree?

12/21 to 12/22 Multiple thefts were found to have occurred at the Renys department store on Topsham Fair Mall Road. Review of security tapes revealed clothing and shoes to have been stolen over two days by different people. Officer Alfred Giusto responded.
