12/20 at 11:14 a.m. Barry Nicholas, 21, of Quaker Point Road, West Bath, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on an outstanding warrant.

12/20 at 5:43 p.m. Rhonda Churchill, 50, of Spruce Head, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

12/16 at 6:14 p.m. Corey McKenna, 38, of Columbia Avenue, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/20 at 4:53 p.m. A 14-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Madelyn Avenue on charges of assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Free booting trend

12/19 at 3:46 p.m. Officer Gabrielle Mathieu responded to the report of a pair of Timberland boots being stolen from the Renys store on Topsham Fair Mall Road. Surveillance footage of the incident is being investigated, and the boots are worth about $90. Police had reported the theft of another pair of Timberlands from Renys on Dec. 9.
