12/19 at 6:46 p.m. Dana Cobb, 38, no address listed, was arrested by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Topsham Fair Mall Road on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

12/18 at 10:09 a.m. Officer William Collins responded to the complaint of mailboxes being rummaged, and mail found scattered on the side of Foreside Road along with other mail from the area. Police deem the incident to be related to a similar one, 11 days earlier, on Cleaves Street.
