Arrests

12/10 at 11:04 p.m. John Moon, 46, of Ward Road, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on Ward Road on a charge of violation of a protection order.

12/12 at 4:16 p.m. Brian Burr, 27, of Blue Heron Drive, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Lewiston Road on outstanding warrants from another agency.

Summonses

12/11 at 1:02 p.m. John Kieffer, 42, of Auburn Road, Turner, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Bypass Drive on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

12/12 at 5:17 a.m. Raven Demasi, 21, of Congress Circle, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on Meadow Road on a charge of failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means.

12/13 at 1:03 a.m. A 16-year-old male, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Mauled mail

12/7 at 1:07 p.m. Officer Mark McDonald responded to the  report of mail having been removed from a Cleaves Street mailbox and ripped up. Nothing appeared to have been stolen from the envelopes.
