Arrests

12/8 at 3:25 p.m. Travis Lee Poulin-Adams, 22, of Lincoln Street, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Alfred Giusto on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft.

12/8 at 3:25 p.m. Breanna Jean Lemieux, 19, of Fletcher Road, Auburn, was arrested by Officer Alfred Giusto on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft.

12/10 at 2:21 a.m. Jake Cox, 29, of Roberts Road, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Randy Cook on Meadow Road on a charge of aggravated assault domestic violence.

12/11 at 1:04 a.m. Marc Breton, 36, town not given, was arrested by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

12/11 at 1:27 a.m. Jeff Bernier, 36, town not given, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Bruce Swanson on Main Street.

Summonses

12/10 at 1:41 p.m. A teenage boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Alfred Giusto on Lewiston Road on a charge of theft.

Anti-OUI grant

11/18 Topsham Police have began implementing an anti-drunk driving campaign with funds through the Maine State Bureau of Highway Safety. The grant reimburses up to $5,000 for overtime costs generated by officers, who are expanding their presence to apprehend drivers operating under the influence. The campaign, which runs through the first of next year, has so far netted three people charged with OUI, according to Topsham Police Lt. Christopher Lewis.
