Summonses

12/4 Tieler Harbin, 19, of Lisbon Street, Lisbon, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of theft.

12/4 at 12:20 p.m. Christopher Radtke, 53, of Willow Street, Bath, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Bypass Drive on a charge of operating with an license expired for more than 90 days.

12/6 at 3:34 p.m. Two 17-year-old girls were issued summonses by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Foreside Road on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor. Randy Haines, 18, no address listed, was also issued a summons on charges of possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Holiday heist

12/7 at 2 p.m. Officer William Collins responded to the report of a motor vehicle burglary outside Reny’s on Topsham Fair Mall Road. Nearly $130 in clothing was stolen from shopping bags in the vehicle, which had been left unlocked.
