Arrests

12/3 at 11:55 a.m. Kurt Dunsmore, 23, of Bluff Road, Bath, was arrested by Officer William Collins on Augusta Road on a charge of operating with a  suspended or revoked license.

12/3 at 4:29 p.m. Theresa McKellar, 61, no town given, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Topsham Fair Mall Road on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

12/4 at 10:19 p.m. Joseph Fish, 43, of Main Street, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on Main Street on an outstanding warrant.

No criminal summonses were reported from Dec. 1-7.

Two for one

12/6 at 7:25 a.m. Overnight burglaries were reported at the attached Slyvester’s Restaurant and Urban Garden Center on Lewiston Road. An an unknown amount of items were reported taken from a storage area in back of the restaurant and an undisclosed amount of cash was reported stolen from the garden center at 9:55 a.m. Burglars entered both places through a rear window.
