12/1 at 7:24 p.m. Maryanne Rumery, 34, of Crowley Road, Sabattus, was issued a summons by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Augusta Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/4 at 11:08 a.m. Officer Mark McDonald responded to the report of a woman finding a note under her windshield wiper in a Topsham Fair Mall Road parking lot. The note commented on her looks, and offered a number to call. The woman, feeling nervous about the message, contacted police, who called the number but could not reach anyone. Police said they do not perceive anything criminal about the note, but consider the matter suspicious activity, and will review the parking lot video.
