Arrests

7/26 at 8:44 p.m. Malcolm Golding, 55, of Foreside Road, was arrested by Officer Lucas Shirland on Foreside Road on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

Summonses

7/25 at 5:29 p.m. Paula Lessard, 46, of Winter Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Winter Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.

7/28 at 9:31 a.m. Jennifer Laptewicz, 26, of Paxton Lane, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

Ol’ yeller

7/28 at 3:32 p.m. Officer Lucas Shirland responded to the report of a shirtless man, in his late teens or early 20s, yelling at passing vehicles while walking along Elm Street. Police could not locate the man upon arrival.

7/31 at 5:01 p.m. Smoke alarm on Governors Way.

7/31 at 7:48 p.m. Possible basement fire on Augusta Road.
