8/21 at 6:35 p.m. Howard Gould, 76, of Elm Street, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Elm Street on a charge of failure to obtain a Maine license within 30 days of residency.

8/22 at 3 p.m. Mayghan Farrin, 31, of Wilson Street, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft.
