8/18 at 6:55 p.m. Cheryl Lacey, 52, of Sokokis Circle, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/20 at 7:10 p.m. Tisha Parry, 40, of Munroe Lane, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Main Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/21 at 9:25 p.m. Abdulkabir Mohamud, 29, of Turner Street, Auburn, was arrested by Officer William Collins on Main Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8/23 at 10:52 p.m. Darcy Connelly, 39, of Parliament Circle, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Can-Am Drive on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

8/19 at 10:16 p.m. Jennifer Heidler-Gary, 41, of Annapolis, Maryland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

8/21 at 10:58 p.m. Abubakar Osman, 39, of Bartlett Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

8/22 at 12:11 p.m. Chelsea Ashby, 28, of Harpswell Neck Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Meadow Road on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle more than 150 days.

8/24 at 5:33 p.m. Darcey Webster, 26, of Roosevelt Trail, Windham, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Main Street on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle more than 150 days.

Tractor trailer twist

8/25 at 12:20 p.m. A tractor trailer pulled down power lines at Park Drive and Winners Circle, knocking out traffic lights in the area. Officers Troy Garrison and Gabrielle Mathieu responded, and portable stop signs were used until power was restored.
