Arrests

8/21 at 1:08 a.m. Levi Webster, 34, of Hillside Drive, Sabattus, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating without a license in violation of conditional restriction, and issued a summons on a charge of displaying a suspended driver’s license.

8/23 at 5:36 p.m. Jason Duross, 34, of Hemlock Drive, was arrested by Officer Malcolm Marshall on Hemlock Drive on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

8/18 at 7:04 p.m. Jourdain Francine, 21, of Middlesex Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

8/20 at 11:19 a.m. Jennifer Hopkins, 33, of Chabot Drive, Poland, was issued a summons by Officer William Collins on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of reckless conduct.
