8/17 at 1:07 p.m. Christopher Cruz, 23, of Bowman Street, Bath, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension and issued a summons on charges of false identification of registration plates, failing to register a motor vehicle in more than 150 days and violation of conditional release.

8/18 A 17-year-old, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of assault.
8/22 at 1:15 a.m. Nolan Hood, 29, of Phippsburg, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on a charge of exceeding the speed limit by 30 miles per hour or more.

8/18 at 6:06 a.m. Officer Peter Kaminski responded to a complaint on Taylor Farm Road of vehicular vandalism. The vehicle’s windshield, rear window and passenger rear window appeared to have been kicked in.
