Arrests

8/13 at 5:09 p.m. Jessica Garland, 33, of State Road, West Bath, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a warrant and charges of theft and violation of condition of release.

8/16 at 10:16 p.m. Desaray Hayes, 21, of James Way, Bath, was arrested by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Demon’s Way on a warrant.

8/17 at 2:40 a.m. Henry Chandler III, 22, of Litchfield Road, Bowdoin, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Meadow Cross Road on a charge of operating under the influence. Chanlder was also issued a summons on a charge of leaving the scene of a property-damage accident.

8/17 at 6:27 p.m. Brittaney Boshea, 27, of Pleasant Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Augusta Road on a charge of violation of condition of release.

Copped copper

8/12 at 2:51 p.m. Officer Michael Laurence responded to the burglary of a Middlesex Road residence, which had been reported by a real estate agent. Entry had been forced through a rear door, and approximately 4 feet of copper piping had been cut and removed, causing the basement to be flooded. The piping was worth about $60.
