8/12 at 9:44 a.m. Marcelino Rivera, 51, of Winter Street, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Winter Street on a charge of disorderly conduct.

8/12 at 10:35 p.m. Jason Lamontagne, 39, of Mt. Hope Avenue, Lewiston, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Hamilton Court on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/13 at 2:03 p.m. Mark Bureau, 38, of Pleasant Street, Saco, was arrested by Officer Troy Garrison on Birch Ridge Avenue on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/15 at 12:13 a.m. Derek Alves, 28, of Old Farm Road, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Foreside Road on a charge of domestic violence assault.

8/15 at 5:14 p.m. Meghan Merritt, 21, of Fisher Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/15 at 1:41 p.m. Raymond Ouellette, 66, of Ward Road, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Meadow Cross Road on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

8/15 at 11:07 p.m. Zoe Chute, 18, no address listed, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Hamilton Court on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

8/15 at 11:07 p.m. A 16-year-old female, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Hamilton Court on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Midnight mayhem?

8/17 at 8:22 a.m. Officer Randy Cook responded to the report of damage to the interior of an apartment complex on Elm Street sometime the night before. Doorways, couches and floors inside a common area were damaged, most likely by someone already inside the building, since the doors were locked and there were no signs of forcible entry, according to police. No suspects had yet been found early this week.
