8/5 at 6:17 p.m. Benjamin McNeill, 29, of Foster’s Point Road, West Bath, was arrested by Detective Mark LaFountain on Main Street on a warrant.
Summonses
8/7 at 1:37 a.m. James Lindsey, 61, of Lisbon Falls, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating beyond license restriction.
8/9 at 8:05 p.m. Sean Michaud, 20, of Washington Park Road, Auburn, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Lewiston Road on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Water rescue
8/10 at 4:47 p.m. Officers responded to the report of two teenagers stuck on an island in the Androscoggin River near the Swinging Bridge. A dam had opened, causing water to flow in too fast for the youths to swim back to the mainland. A rescue boat brought them to safety.

8/11 at 6:23 p.m. Smoke investigation on Pleasant Street.
8/12 at 11:49 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on Sunward Lane.
