3/25 at 11:44 a.m. Brooke Macarthur, 22, of Iris Lane, Freeport, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Mark McDonald on a charge of operating with a expired license for more than 90 days.

3/26 at 6:41 p.m. Frank Cupperrell, 23, of Sunset View Lane, Orr’s Island, was issued a summons on Middlesex Road by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on charges of operating after license suspension and violation of condition of release.

3/29 at 1:01 p.m. Gina Utecht, 43, of Meadow Road, was issued a summons on Meadow Road by Officer Randy Cook on a charge of criminal speeding.

Jewelry theft

3/31 at 4:23 a.m. Officer William Collins responded to a burglary at the G.M. Pollack & Sons store on Winners Circle. Entry had been forced, and an undisclosed amount of jewelry had been taken.
