Arrests

3/25 at 9:10 a.m. Andrea Fournier, 52, of Abenaki Drive, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of theft.

3/27 at 1:08 p.m. Lee Patterson, 26, of Bath, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Demons Way, and charged with domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime, and aggravated criminal mischief. While at Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset, Patterson was also issued a summons on charges of domestic violence assault and aggravated criminal mischief, which stemmed from an earlier incident.

3/29 at 9:46 p.m. Kevin Bettis, 42, of Myrtle Street, Richmond, was arrested by Officer Mathew Bowers on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.

3/30 at 12:31 a.m. Kevin Bettis, 42, of Myrtle Street, Richmond, was arrested by Officer Mathew Bowers on Topsham Fair Mall Road on a charge of violating conditions of release.

3/30 at 12:31 a.m. Daniel Jackson, 37, of Beechnut Ridge Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Topsham Fair Mall Road, and charged with disorderly conduct and driving to endanger.

3/30 at 3:28 p.m. Jenifer Whitney, 39, of Topsham Crossing, was arrested by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Topsham Crossing, and charged with domestic violence criminal mischief and domestic violence reckless conduct.

3/31 at 2:36 a.m. Kathryn Groh, 23, of Enterprise Street, Lisbon Falls, was arrested by Officer Mathew Bowers on Winter Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
