Arrests

3/26 at 10 a.m. Fermin Sawtell, 36, of Tedford Road, was arrested by Detective Mark LaFountain on Main Street on charges of violation of conditional release and failure to comply with the sex offender registration act.

3/31 at 12:52 a.m. Marc Raymond, 50, of Stella’s Way, was arrested by Officer Bruce Swanson on Stella’s Way on a charge of domestic violence assault.

4/1 at 3:50 a.m. John Johnson, 24, of Main Street, Bowdoin, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Randy Cook on Bay Park Drive.

Summonses

3/31 at 11:06 a.m. Lane Fulton, 28, of Beechwood Drive, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on a charge of operating after suspension.

3/31 at 7:01 p.m. Joseph Leland, 21, of White Birch Lane, Portland, was issued a summons by Sgt. Frederick Dunn on Route 196 on a charge of operating after suspension.

Burglary mystery

3/27 at 1:20 p.m. Officer Troy Garrison responded to a residential burglary on Loon Drive. Entry was reportedly gained by breaking a rear window. No one was home at the time of the incident. It is unknown whether anything was taken, but the window sustained $200 in damages.
