4/20 at 10:36 p.m. Daniel Leaver, 31, of Elm Street, Waterville, was arrested by Officer Garrett Decker on Main Street on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/21 at 11:07 p.m. Lindsay Garza, 22, of Patricia Drive, was arrested by Officer Garrett Decker on Main Street on charges of operating under the influence, operating in violation of license restrictions, driving to endanger, and eluding an officer.
