4/17 at 12:32 p.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Officer Randy Cook in Eagles Way on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4/19 at 4:26 p.m. Brandon Kay, 28, of Mallett Drive, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Winter Street on a charge of driving to endanger.

4/19 at 10:05 p.m. James Ford, 22, of Pitch Pine Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Main Street on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4/20 at 4:14 p.m. A 16-year-old boy, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of tobacco products by a minor.

4/21 at 9:23 p.m. Normand Therrien, 57, of Lisbon, was issued a summons by Officer Cheryl Holmes on Lewiston Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.
