Arrests

4/13 at 12:58 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of South Portland, was arrested by Detective Mark LaFountain on Route 196 on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/17 at 6:18 p.m. James Rollins, 29, of Freeport, was arrested by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Cathance Road on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

4/18 at 1:42 p.m. Samantha Kirkwood, 21, of Topsham, was arrested by Officer Mark McDonald on Prospect Street on an outstanding warrant.

Summonses

4/14 at 7:20 p.m. Nicholas Curit, 47, of Durham, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Cowles on Old Augusta Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

4/17 at 4:04 a.m. Carl Bernier, 39, of Bowdoin, was issued a summons by Officer Mark McDonald on Route 201 on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

4/18 at 12:20 a.m. Kaydie-Lin Larson, 21, of Gorham, was issued a summons by Officer Gabrielle Mathieu on Bypass Drive on a charge of possession of marijuana.

4/19 at 5:46 p.m. Raymond Ouellette, 65, of Topsham, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Ward Road on a charge of operating with an expired license more than 90 days.

4/20 at 6:15 p.m. Michael Leduc, 55, no town given, was issued a summons by Sgt. Robert Ramsay on Main Street on a charge of operating a vehicle unregistered more than 150 days.
