Arrests

4/7 at 2:40 p.m. Joshua Decato, 35, of Brook Street, Sanford, was arrested by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on Topsham Fair Mall Road and charged with operating without a license, operating after suspension, violation of condition of release, and being a fugitive from justice.

Summonses

4/2 at 9:40 a.m. Lauren Rich, 21, of Brook Road, Falmouth, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Main Street on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

4/3 at 3:45 p.m. Alicia Morris, 42, of Winter Street, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Bowers on Mallett Drive on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle more than 150 days.

4/5 at 8:47 p.m. Nathaniel Mullet, 28, of Cleave Street, was issued a summons by Officer Matthew Bowers on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating with a suspended registration.

4/6 at 7:30 a.m. Kurt Knost, 52, of Great Heron Drive, Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Lucas Shirland on Lewiston Road on a charge of attaching false plates.

4/8 at 12:49 a.m. Eleanor Gonzalez, 27, of Spruce Street, Sabattus, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Decker on Main Street on a charge of operating after suspension.
