Arrests

4/20 at 12:46 p.m. Joseph Marco, 39, of Main Road, Phippsburg, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of operating after license suspension and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

4/15 at 10:41 a.m. David Dunning, 39, of Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on charges of violating conditions of release and operating after license suspension and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a suspended driver’s license.

4/15 at 10:41 a.m. Heather King, 24, of Calls Hill Road, Dresden, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of violation of conditions of release and issued a summons on charges of possession of Schedule W drugs and possession of Schedule Z drugs.

4/13 at 10:19 p.m. Jeremy Wallace, 38, no town listed, was arrested by Reserve Officer Michael Carter on a charge of violation of condition of release.

Summonses

4/19 at 9:09 p.m. Shaun Tanner, 18, of Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on charges of possession of liquor by a minor and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

4/15 at 9:17 p.m. A 17-year-old male was issued a summons by Officer Troy Garrison on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana. Another 17-year-old male was issued a summons on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

4/14 at 9:56 a.m. Herbert Rice, 43, of Folger Road, Bremen, was issued a summons by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of permitting unlawful use.

Hit and run

4/13 at 3:18 p.m. Officer Robert Ramsay responded to a hit-and-run accident on Topsham Fair Mall Road. The complainant reportedly was parked at Hannaford’s when a white truck backed into her vehicle and the driver looked at her and drove off. The complainant drove home to Lisbon Falls before calling police.
