TOPSHAM — The town is again authorized to issue passports as an agent of the U.S. Passport Agency.
The Planning Office, on the second floor of Town Hall, can issue both passports and passport cards, and it can also take passport photos. The service is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
