TOPSHAM — The company that wants to build a 103-foot cellular communications tower in Topsham Heights missed last week’s deadline to submit documentation for the Tuesday, Feb. 2, Planning Board meeting, but expects to be in time for the first March meeting.

Mariner Tower approached the board at a public hearing last June about building the monopole tower for T-Mobile.

Chris Ciolfi, Mariner’s chief development officer, said Tuesday that a third-party reviewer hired by the town for the project had requested additional information, “and we were just working with T-Mobile to put that together in a good format.”

Ciolfi said he expects to file the application with Town Planner Rich Roedner in time to make it onto the March 2 agenda. Assistant Planner Rod Melanson said Tuesday that the deadline for that meeting is Feb. 9.
