3/27 at 12:18 a.m. Richard Parsons, 37, was arrested by Sgt. Fred Dunn on a charge of operating after license revocation.

3/24 at 1:55 p.m.
Robert Creamer, 45, was arrested by Officer Robert Ramsay on charges of operating under the influence and issued a summons on a charge of operating without a license.

3/28 at 11:09 a.m. Michele Warner, 30, of Bath, was issued a summons by Sgt. Fred Dunn on a charge operating after suspension.

3/27 at 10:53 p.m. Topsham and Lisbon police assisted the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s
Department with a car chase. Being pursued was Abraham Kane, 20, of Harpswell, who had allegedly attacked another man with a sledgehammer at a party in Georgetown. Kane allegedly drove away after ramming his vehicle into another. Officers pursued Kane into Topsham, where police deployed spiked mats on Bypass Drive. Despite two of his tires being deflated, Kane reportedly drove through Lisbon, and was ultimately apprehended in Durham. Kane’s female passenger was found near the vehicle. Kane was arrested by Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Department on charges of elevated aggravated assault, aggravated criminal mischief, burglary, passing a roadblock, violation of condition of release and failure to stop for a law enforcement officer.
