As you would expect, Santa is a very busy guy this time of year, so if the city of Portland wants his help lighting the Christmas tree in Monument Square, the ceremony goes off on schedule, rain or shine. Or, as was the case last Friday night, very, very, very rainy. Still, many in the holiday spirit braved the bad weather to take part in the celebration. Helping Santa with his rainy responsibility was 4-year-old Brianna Farrar of Bethel.
