PORTLAND — Terry Tzovarras, 60, died April 26. 

A son of Jean Campobasso of Yarmouth, he was born in Island Falls on Dec. 22, 1950, and grew up in East Haven, Conn. 

After retiring from Bath Iron Works, he spent time traveling. A life-long outdoorsman, he enjoyed canoeing and hiking.  He was also an avid movie buff and reader.

Surviving are his two sons, Hunter Tzovarras of Hampden, and Tyler Tzovarras of New Haven, Conn.; three grandchildren, Noah, Emma, and Natalie; his loving sister, Darla Lawrence, her husband Steve, and their children Stephen and Kristin of Cumberland; his brother Tom Campobasso of Yarmouth; two special aunts, Linda Fauce and Pauline Bragg; and many cousins.

A private service was held at Tuttle Road United Methodist Church in Cumberland.
