VANCOUVER, Wash. — Suzan Joell Estes-Preller, 48, died Dec. 20, at the Hospice Care Center in Vancouver.

She was born in Portland on Dec. 17, 1967, to Donald Estes and Rita Washburn. Estes-Preller spent much of her childhood in Freeport with her father, and eventually moved to Woodland, Washington, with her mother.

Estes-Preller was a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend, and a very gifted artist. She will be missed greatly.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Daniel Preller.

She is survived by her parents; four children, Erika Barrow, Annalysia Cline, Rayleah Trice and Daniel Trice; four grandchildren, and several siblings.

Her ashes will be combined with her late husband’s and spread near Beacon Rock in Cannon Beach, Oregon. At her request, no funeral services were held.
