PORTLAND — A portion of Baxter Boulevard will be closed to vehicle traffic Sunday, May 3, when “Sundays on the Boulevard” returns for a second season.
City Hall spokeswoman Jessica Grondin said in a press release the street will be open only for pedestrians, joggers, roller-bladers, skateboarders and bicyclists between Vannah Street and Payson Park from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
